LaDonna provided us excellent service (as a seller's agent) all round from 1st inquiry through to completion, especially during this COVID-19 trying time. LaDonna was always polite, courteous, and completely understood our needs, not to mention her immense knowledge and experience in the local area's real estate. Her advice was excellent, the communications prompt and relevant. I would definitely highly recommend LaDonna without any reservations.

We are first time home buyers and we chose LaDonna to act on our behalf. We are very glad that she was on our side. She took care of everything knowing that we are first time home buyers. She would educate us if we needed to know something and explain it in detail to make sure that we understood. She is honest, energetic, blissful, charming and very friendly to work with. Every time we had a question she was there to answer and her turnaround time is very quick. She would respond to our texts and emails in detail even during after hours and late night. Whenever we asked for silver, she delivered gold. She also has good relationships with contractors in the area and she referred some great contractors for our kitchen remodeling. I would say without doubt that she will be our agent when we are in the market again. We would recommend her without reservations.
