Personable & knowledgeable he made me feel secure and confident every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer Lain was excellent and talked me through the emotional roller coaster, supporting me through houses we didn't get any complicated decisions. He has excellent recommendations for inspectors and lenders and was fantastic at coordinating it all.

Lain was outstanding and bent over backwards to help us look at a number of houses and walkthroughs remotely while we were moving from Alaska to Michigan. As a result we have closed on a house within weeks of arriving. He also found us a lender who saved us money, helped take care of inspections and clearing of discrepancies, and setting up our walk through while we were on the road. He is kind, professional, patient and knows the market. We are thankful for his work and could not have made this transition as easily without him.
