My sugaring technician was wonderful- quick but through, and friendly. I also would like to point on the amazing job Kenzie did with my face spray. Often when I come to get a face spray, I am either told I have to come back hours later or they seem as doing this would be an inconvenience to the schedule. I had reached out to the main corporation when I first got my membership and asked about the face spray, and they stated I would never need to make an appt. I understand, if there is someone getting sprayed and I need to wait until their done, but there are times I come at 2pm and told I need to come back at 8pm if I want sprayed. I always tip the face sprayer and understand this a free service, however this is something included in my membership. On my day of service though, Kenzie went above and beyond with my face spray. Making sure to get all sides of my face, my neck to match my face, ensuring I liked the color, etc. Thank you Kenzie for taking such great care of me, even on a free service!
