Coach really knew how to use all the gym equipment. The walk through was most helpful.,

It's a good way to manage activities for a family of 5 with three young boys to try some different activities and get exercise. I can also maybe squeeze in a walk or work-out while the boys are at child watch and/or doing their activites. I also like the community vibe at Lakewood YMCA.
