Lakshmi is efficient, knowledgeable, intelligent, knows what you looking for because she gets to know you and finds the perfect house for you. She also has excellent knowledge of homes. She is kind, patient and goes beyond in helping you stay organized with the buying and selling process including your welfare and safety. During the selling process, she noted why my house wasn’t selling and solved it herself. There’s an immense amount of work and time she puts in for you that goes unnoticed at first, then later grows to fruition. I’m so grateful I found her! I cannot finish this statement without acknowledging Tracy Pierce, Tracy follows in Lakshmi’s footsteps. So Tracy has the same attributes as Lakshmi! Lucky helped us buy our first house after my brother recommended her. We used her now for our second house and will be continuing to use her to sell our current home. We have lived in the suburbs and are moving to a more rural area with acreage and she was able to assist with all of it. She has always been incredibly helpful and always answers our questions. She makes sure we understand everything and has many tips and knowledge that she's garnered over the years. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
