I have bought bikes and parts from you, got service and have always been happy. Best of all you know what you are doing. Two weeks ago by daughter was visiting and my wife wanted to give her an old bike. She was flying to Halifax, Nova Scotia and I needed a box. Most professional and personable service and staff in the Valley. Bike shops are notorious for being elitist - they cater to the hard core cyclists at the expense of the casual riders. Not Landis. I’ve always felt as if they cared about addressing my concerns and repairing my bike. And doing it right. On this trip, the tech went above and beyond. As usual. The work was spot-on and the cost for the part and the labor was more than fair. It’s the only bike shop I’ll visit in the Valley.
