When I come with major issues with my bicycle I'm treated professionally and punctually in scheduling the work and getting it done quickly. When I come in the minor issues I'm treated immediately and thoroughly. I always get to ride home with a totally-working bicycle and I get educated on what went wrong. Yes, I'm a Landis-Cyclery fan.

I really appreciate how they explain things regarding maintenance and whenever I have had any problems with the bike they are quick to find a solution. Very knowledgeable about the bikes and pass on their enthusiasm for riding no mater your age, gender or experience. They want riding for you to be comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff was helpful in identifying the proper type of bike for my lifestyle as well as the features that most suited my style of riding. They took the time to go over general maintenance items and encouraged me to return to the store after riding for a few weeks so that we could go over any questions that I might have.
