I brought my mountain bike in to get new brake pads yesterday AM. They quickly verified that the pads needed to be replaced, and completed the service quickly. The bike was also washed when I picked it up! I went for a ride this morning and the new brake pads are working as expected!

Landis Cyclery has every possible product to make your riding experience very enjoyable. I have been taking my bicycle there since 2016. The employees have always provided me with excellent prompt service. They always patiently show me products I’m interested in. One of trademarks of the Scottsdale store is that eery time I bring my bicycle into the store, a service technician greets me immediately. It is a very well run store . I have special praise for David, the service manager. Two and one half years after I purchased a new bicycle, the brakes didn’t Work. He successfully got them covered under warranty. Finally, their telephone manners are impeccable. Everyone gets; along with each other. This has benefited me about questions I have. This store has earned the description of an iconic bicycle dealership.

Service techs are fantastic, and really know their bikes. I wouldn’t go to another bike store to buy or service my bikes. I’ve bought two bikes from them and have been really happy with them.

Excellent immediate service. Needed my Mtn bike tires refilled with sealant. I walked in with no appointment and walked out with new sealant and valve stems 15 minutes later. Prompt friendly service. Could not be happier.
