Landis Cyclery in Scottsdale is a very special place. I have been going there since 2015.They treat me like royalty. They have done tune ups, assisted me on purchasing accessories, and sold me a new bicycle two years ago. Each time I go there, I am immediately greeted.The service personnel make sure my bicycle is serviced expeditiously. Their knowledgeable staff answer all my questions with aplomb. The reason for my review is that the Landis people love being there to help the customer. You can sense the camaraderie. They have quality accessories that enhance your riding experiences. They carried the bike I had researched on line, and had it prepared in a few short days. They honored my military service with a discount. Eric answered all my questions, gave helpful suggestions, got the bike ‘fitted’ to my size with great care. He was meticulous, friendly and professional. I am very happy with my new bike, Trek FX2!

the road bike i tested was very smooth I just wish the parking lot was more rough as i was looking to see how much the Carbon Fiber frame worked to soften the vibration. The customer service was great very helpful
