They were very responsive and supportive. I ordered an e-bike through them, and it arrived quickly. They had it all ready to go. There’s an outstanding issue they’re working through with the manufacturer, but they’ve been very communicative about it.

Employees are patient and knowledgeable, not to mention skilled at working on bikes. I took my son in for a "real" bike, and at 10 years old, he rides it every day. Part of this was no doubt the almost prescient ability of Jake at Landis Cyclery to pick the right bike and helmet and let the boy pick the right color. Not only that, a week into ownership and fervent riding, the rear tire got a flat. Landis fixed it for the cost of a new tube. Awesome people here, as well as awesome service.
