You guys always go above and beyond to explain how and why you service things the way you do and give pointers and honest recommendations to the customers. You spent extra time to get my bike dialed for the trail. This is the only shop I’ve been to where the techs seem like they really care enough to teach people about their bikes in a non con descending way. Been coming here (southern & 101 location) for about 10 years!

I have purchased 5 bikes at Landis since 2020. All of the experiences have been great. I still have all 5 bikes and ride them all. My latest put was a Domane SL6. It’s an amazing bike. Great Brands, Great Staff, Great Service.

Kevin and his staff were extremely patient and helpful in helping me navigate all the new tech for my first road bike purchase in nearly 30 years. I was able to build a new bike to the specs I eventually chose and couldn’t be happier with my new ride!

I’ve always received great service from you guys. This last annual repair. I was somewhat disappointed in when I’m in the highest gear. It seems to slip about every three or four revolutions. This is with a new chain so I was surprised. Don’t know if it’ll work out overtime or if I should bring it back
