Dmitri Kineyko at Landis Cyclery in Tempe was fantastic! After my bike was stolen, I walked in looking for a high-quality replacement and Dmitri delivered A+ service from the very first minute. He gave me his full attention, listened carefully to exactly what I needed, and guided me to the perfect bike with zero pressure. I also absolutely love how fully stocked the shop is — they had the exact Trek Madone SL 6 AXS Gen 8 I wanted in stock, plus all the accessories like the Dura-Ace pedals I was after. Outstanding selection and truly attentive customer service.
