We have purchased 5 bikes from Landis. We love the service and especially the people who work there. We have a bike store closer to us but it’s worth the drive to go to your shop.
Friendly atmosphere and the staff tries to get small jobs done quickly in and out whenever possible(ex. Cassette removal and Install). Being told you can only get your bike repaired in two weeks due to scheduling queues is the worst.
Always great dealing with Hank and all the guys/gals at Landis. Great customer service and professional atmosphere. (This is the 3rd bike that I’ve purchased from them)
Germain Marine St. George worked with me to make sure they would do the best job at a reasonable rate. Their communication through out the process was great. They kept me up to date on everything that was happening.
I like the transparent service. Was called about a tune up and the problems. Waved the payment for the tune up. Will definitely be buying a bike soon from the shop
Staff is very knowledgeable especially on service issues. The Trek brand is wide spread world wide so service and parts are available, although Trek doesn't stock parts very long. In my case, Landis performed a safety fix that Trek did not have parts for but completed the fix to Trek specs anyway. Many other shops would not have taken that extra step. They also advised me on how to seek help from Trek on out-of-service or backordered parts from Trek suppliers.
Dmitri was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through different bike options, and helped me find the perfect fit based on my riding goals and preferences. The whole process felt smooth and pressure-free.
Basically, what scores high with me and doing business with this store is their great customer service from the purchase experience to the routine maintenance service. The staff is younger males & females, and they are very good offering product suggestions, troubleshooting issues and responding to general questions.
I had an entirely different experience at the Tempe South store. My previous was with the North store and that did not go so well. Your staff was patient and listened as I explained my medical limitations.
I now have a new, correct, bike on order and am looking forward to that
