Larry is very professional / knowledgeable and stays on top of all aspects of both the buying & selling process. Larry works well with his colleagues & fellow realtors. He did a nice job mentoring the inexperienced buyer’s realtor on the sale of our house. He’s a communicator who isn’t afraid to reach out to all parties involved especially those key lending officials. That’s key when understanding your buyer’s ability to close on a deal.

When we started looking for a home, we had no idea what we were doing. We’d only ever rented, and honestly weren’t even sure home-ownership was within reach. We didn’t know the state, the city, or even the style of home we wanted. Basically: square zero. We spoke with several agents—many were great—but the moment we connected with Larry, we knew we’d found our person. He didn’t just understand the housing market—it was clear he understood us. From day one, Larry was patient, informative, and never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions (even when we definitely were). Through every late-night text, panicked email, listing flip-flop, basement crack debate, and “can we go see that one again?” moment, Larry was all in. He genuinely cared about helping us find a place that fit not just our current needs, but our future dreams too. He paid close attention during every conversation and showing, gave honest feedback, and somehow picked up on our likes and dislikes before we even knew them ourselves. It felt less like working with an agent, and more like having a family friend (with a great sense of humor) guiding us through the wilderness of today’s real estate market. If you're looking for someone who knows the process inside and out, stays calm when you're spiraling, and makes the entire experience feel empowering instead of overwhelming—Larry’s your guy. We’re a little sad the house hunt is over, but beyond grateful to have had him by our side. We have a house now (which is still wild to say)—but more importantly, we have a home where we feel safe starting our family and next chapter, and that’s all thanks to Larry.

Larry is a great agent to work with. He is very "patient", did his best to ensure we are comfortable /satisfied and educated throughout the process, and does not push to make any decisions. His integrity is very much visible in his actions. I would recommend Larry to anyone who wants to buy a home !
