An appt was made for services on July 11th,
no one came to spray, after I waited from 8am to 6 pm that day. I called the company at 5pm to see where they were… was unable to reach tech, so I was told they were most likely driving and on their way…no one ever came!
I called several times to try to reschedule, leaving a message. I then had to recall to get another apt scheduled to include a time..
They arrived and sprayed on July 16th, in the time frame given.
For those of us with locked gates and doggie doors that need closed, it would be extremely helpful if we were given “dates and a time frame” to expect services.
Please consider adding “time frames” to spray date in email sent with scheduled day of service.

Angel showed up on time. He was very nice and listened to what the problems were with some of the bugs in my garage and outside in my backyard. He did and good job and then knocked on my door to tell me that everything had been taken care of. I highly recommend Las Vegas Pest Control to everyone who owns or rents a home in Las Vegas.
