Accidents happen, that’s just the way it is but when our technician Aaron accidentally bumped into a table on our back patio, it tipped over and the plexiglass top shattered. He felt really bad about it and I assured him it was just an accident. He talked to his manager and I feel that the company was more than fair in taking care of the matter the same day. Aaron is always very conscientious in what he does and we think he does a great job taking care of our property both inside and outside!
