The guys at Lauderdale Cyclery (Bill and the mechanic) were extremely friendly and helpful in my recent purchase of a Trek Dual Sport 2 - which I was extremely pleased to discover via the Trek website that they had in stock. They had it out of the box, assembled and adjusted ready-to-ride within an hour of my call.

I scheduled my servicing in advance, dropped my bike off and was promised it would be ready the next day. By noon the next day it was done and they notified me by email. The bike was serviced and everything works great.

Absolutely incredible service! I have 3 bikes, all purchased at Downtown Cycle, and all three in need of service. Repairs were quick, bikes brought back to good-as-new, and prices extremely fair. Techs are true pros (and bike riders) and treated my bikes as if they were their own. There is no bike shop anywhere close in quality.

After speaking with Patrick about the Trek Verve 2, I visited 2 other local shops to see comparable products. Not only didn't I find anything equal or better for the price, but the level of expertise and personal attention given me by Patrick was unmatched anywhere else. I'm excited to pick up my new Trek in the next day or so!
