Laura truly listens to her clients needs and wants. She then begins her hunt and works diligently to find them the perfect house. This is the 2nd time i have used Laura for her services and she will be the first person I call when my needs change in the future. Lastly I am very picky whom I endorse in regards to referrals of my friends and family. I have zero doubts when I refer to her as I can be assured “my people” will be taken care of. Laura is great! A very kind and caring person, who is driven to find the best property to suit her clients needs. To say that I can be difficult at times, would be an understatement. And I'm sure that I caused Laura some grief in my hunt for the right house. And if I am right, then she never let it show. She always remained calm, even when I did not. She remained optimistic, when I wasn't the most positive. Laura always made herself available to look at properties, quite often at short moments notice. With me being a first-time home buyer, Laura helped me understand and learn to spot potential problems such barely visible past water damage, just as she pointed out even the smallest detail which would have a positive impact when ithe time finally came for me to sell.
