Laurel Ridge is situated closely to LECOM and proximal/equidistant to all facets of Erie, from Peach St, to downtown, to the airport, and Presque Isle. The management team is fantastic, and the facilities are top notch.

Location,maintenance, upkeep of grounds. Apartment was move on ready. My reason for not giving a 10 was the high increase in rent yearly. Most places don't increase rent till 3rd year.

Well kept grounds. Apartment is move in ready at time of your move in. Snow removal for parking lot & side walks is top notch so it's great for us seniors. Office staff has always been pleasant & accommodating. Maintenance problems are quick to be addressed. Location is great. My apartment is a little pricey for size but all in all, I love it here!
