The facilities and grounds are kept in very good condition and quiet. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. The property manager regularly schedules food truck visits during the summer, for residents to gather.

When tenants need things fixed they are on it, Food trucks in the summer. Party in the summer. Dog park works for many. They work with you if you want to upgrade to a Larger apt. They shelve side walks in the winter, park in lot’s plowed. Washer/dryer in the building on each floor (1-2 bedroom apts). Weekly someone keep hallways vacuumed and other things. I do tell friends about Reedman's apartments. I would love to see a small park for children that live out her or visit. Tall toilets would be nice for the elderly or disabled, just a thought. Ice cream/ shakes/. Smoothie truck all this summer would be great. I love it that I can have my girl here with me(pup). Have a blessed day .

I have lived at Laure Springs for a couple months and love it. The staff, neighbors, and environment is friendly, safe, and respectful. I think this is the best complex in Erie. As long as pricing stays reasonable I do not see myself moving anytime soon. I’m so glad I live here. My little studio truly has become a home.

The speed bumps going out to the main road are way too big. I went 5 mph over those ones and right after that my right head light and right turn signal went out and now I have to pay for it to get fixed when if they weren’t that high none of this would have happened. Please do something with these. They are ridiculous. Thank you.

I've been loving here for three years and my experience has been great. Any time there are any issues, maintenance and the leasing staff are promot to respond. I love the scenery around the apartment complex as well. Perfect to walk my dog!
