Laurel Spring Apartments is good place to live near by mall stores and its quiet area too but i don’t know if they have cameras on parking lot but its nice to live here near by my work and Presque isle.

I've lived here for almost five years and have been very happy with the place in all that time. The complex as a whole is quiet, pleasant, and well-maintained. The apartments are solidly built so you rarely hear your neighbors. I've only had to call maintenance a few times and they've always been prompt, competent, and polite. I've always felt very secure here, as well. The rental office stays on top of communicating information about planned maintenance and improvements, and ensures that the roads and parking lots are kept plowed in the winter time. The rental office also arranges food trucks and community events during the summer.

I appreciate the care taken in maintaining the property. As in the grass, roads/parking lots, and psintong walls and doors. I enjoy the occasional food trucks and small community events

Quick professional fixes to any community-wide or apartment work requests. Great on-site mgmt team. Clean env, quiet. beautiful grounds that are well maintained. I wish they were condos we could buy.

I've lived in Laurel springs apartments for years, and I love it here. Apartment units is very neat, clean and excellent maintenance. Locate is pretty good spot to go around, one to every walk to the millcreek mall. Awesome place to live in!
