Quick professional fixes to any community-wide or apartment work requests. Great on-site mgmt team. Clean env, quiet. beautiful grounds that are well maintained. I wish they were condos we could buy.

I've lived in Laurel springs apartments for years, and I love it here. Apartment units is very neat, clean and excellent maintenance. Locate is pretty good spot to go around, one to every walk to the millcreek mall. Awesome place to live in!

Laurel Springs is very well maintained. Buildings are clean, quiet, issues are dealt with, lots are cleared and neighbors respect each other. A variety of food trucks are brought in throughout the summer months. The office staff is always available to answer questions or assist residents.
