Lauren made our home buying process incredibly easy and we felt completely supported during the home search. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Lauren took extra care to ensure we understood each step throughout this process. She listened closely to our needs and concerns, and helped us find homes that matched our criteria. We also found Lauren incredibly knowledgable about the areas we were looking in. We will be contacting her again when we are ready to move!

Lauren worked with us for ten months to get the house we bought. She was incredibly patient and we had a very specific list of what we wanted in a home. She gave wonderfully helpful advice without pressure. She answered all of questions about each home we inquired about and/or viewed. I highly recommend her.

Lauren was great! She provided excellent information concerning the process involved in selling my house. She was always easy to contact, returned calls promptly, and was happy to answer any questions. Her husband, Dwight, was also very helpful. When it came time to negotiate the sale her advice was invaluable. I would recommend her as a realtor and just a very thoughtful nice person.

I had a very good experience working with Reinhart Relators and Lauren Herdrich specifically. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated the time Lauren took to answer all of my questions and walk me through the home-buying process. She was readily available via email and phone and was very quick to respond to my questions and set up showings for houses that I was interested in. Lauren was also very accommodating to my busy work schedule which includes a commute to Detroit and was available to view homes before I went into work and later in the evening. She gave me sound advice on what type of offer to submit and how to be competitive in this market. Lauren is really friendly and enjoyable to be around and I am so glad I was able to work with her as a ventured into this process for the very first time. I would highly recommend Reinhart Relators and Lauren Herdrich to anyone who is in the home buying (or selling!) process!
