We loved working with Laurie to sell our house in Ann Arbor! Laurie was super responsive when we had questions and always kept us in the loop in every step of the process. Laurie's strategy with listing our house as a "coming soon" for a week prior to open house built a lot of interest in our house and got us many great offers! Laurie is the best! She is so helpful and knowledgeable and she keeps a sense of humor about the more frustrating aspects of home buying, which made the whole experience better. We had an awful experience with our lender (NAF - do not recommend them!), but Laurie was a champion at helping us get through it without tearing our hair out. I cannot recommend her enough. She really does her best to help her clients manage a challenging process and get the best deal and home that they can. We love Laurie!

I’m not sure where to begin. Laurie’s dedication, kindness’s and skill are unsurpassed in the real estate world. Laurie worked so hard and was 100% the reason we were able to get this house in such a competitive market. Laurie also took the time to work with our mortgage company to ensure the process was smooth and efficient. She even offered to help coordinate and schedule the necessary inspections. We will not buy or sell a property without Laurie !

This is the 3rd home sale Purchase that we had with Laurie Buys. We had two homes sold. Laurie had the first day sold in our first home and four days until we sold our second home. Laurie is kind, gentle, her guidance, and yet incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about what she does. Her staging was amazing. Not only would I recommend Laurie without any hesitation, but she’s the only realtor I would ever use in this area.

Laurie is amazing! First she added a nice homey touch to our empty condo with staging, making it look great for photos. Then she helped us navigate a skittish buyer whose offer fell through, and stay firm when some low-ball offers arrived. Finally she steered us through a very choppy set of issues with our home sale (none of them her fault), going to bat for us with a mortgage lender and buyer’s agent who were... not doing their jobs, to put it nicely. Laurie was a steady hand, getting us through it all with a smile.
