Hello, Thank you so much for taking time to leave this review and for the feedback. We know the timing of services here can be very confusing when looking at the booking system. Just to help clear any confusion about the timing of the massage, you have 10 minutes allotted to change for the session. 5 in the beginning and 5 at the end. In total you would have 50 minutes on the table for a one hour session. The 15 minute buffer in our schedule is for cleaning and turn around time for the rooms. We did reach out regarding your experience here and would love to hear more. Hopefully we can turn things around for you and welcome you back to our space for some self care.
