This was our first time to La Vida, and we received couples massages. Both masseuses listened closely to what we wanted and needed done, and did a fantastic job! We were even the last couple of the night on a Saturday and they still treated us like the first appointment of the day. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t wait to come back and have her again and I recommended her to so many of my family, friends and coworkers.
I paid for a membership faithfully however I was too busy to take time out to keep up my routine of beauty due to timing and priorities. After a few months maybe 4 or 5 I decided I am spending money on my membership and I am not going to be able to use them anytime soon so I called and cancelled. Hoping that I could use my sessions that I paid for...nope...I was told I had to use them immediately. I said oh well if I can’t use them after a few months no way I can use them alll up within two weeks. So I decided I had no choice but to forfeit. It’s much more to this story but I’m trying to keep it simple and concise. Now after all that I get a call seems like a month later saying they were trying to charge my card but it wasn’t going thru. I told her I had canceled already and was thinking about using my sessions. She said I can’t use my sessions unless I pay the last month even though I’ve already put a request in to cancel. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company!
We got our first couples massage, mine was great but unfortunately my boyfriend's was not. He mentioned she didn't do any of the adjustments he had asked or listed on the sheet he had written. The massage therapist mentioned only being specialized in hot stone massage. I'm not sure why she was performing a swedish massage if she didn't specialize in it. We had requested for deep tissue swedish massages. I felt bad he didn't get a good massage and I did.
The front office staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. My experience from the moment I walked in, until I left was very memorable. The ambiance is warm and calming and my masseuse Eric was very professional and experienced. Became a member of the rewards program and can't wait til my next massage.
The front desk attendant, Daishon, was amazing! So warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. My massage was to die for! I felt like I was walking on clouds. She was perfection! Super sweet, applied amazing pressure and took excellent care of me. Just because of her I'm considering the membership program!
