Dear Client, We have a strict same day cancellation policy in order to compensate our therapists with the fee who have lost an appointment that was confirmed. We, along with all other LaVida locations nationwide do this to protect our valued therapists. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we inform our clients when we book the appointment that we will charge a late fee if client does not come to the appointment or cancels the same day. We post all prices in the treatment room in order to avoid any confusion, and we do apologize if you were not aware. Please also note that hands on time is 50min for an hour massage and that is also communicated via email confirmation you received upon booking, and verbal confirmation you received prior to the massage. We will take your experience into consideration and will make sure our therapists also personally mention the duration of the massage in the treatment room as well.
