The monthly benefit program was changed such that it was more expensive than when I signed up. I was encouraged to sign up for the monthly massage program, as it was a way to "lock in" the current rate, which ended up not being accurate. Further, I am disappointed in the customer service provided by the front desk representative. She was not at all kind when I inquired about being able to pause my account, given that my daughter had major surgery and was unable to utilize the massages. Further, the masseuse my daughter was using prior to her surgery has left. Overall, we were not happy with the front desk representative and the changes being made to monthly massage program. We were always pleased with the service provided by the masseuse.

Been there several times, but this time was not up to similar experiences. Paula did not do a deep tissue massage like before. She took 5 mins to start then ended 10 mins early. Many times, she only used one hand. Her touch was so soft, I fell asleep

Unused and already paid for visits should never expire. I would have liked to continue the monthly program until I realized that there was an expiration and the paid for visits would be lost. I finally decided to cancel the monthly service when it became obvious that I would continue losing money. Customer service and experience is top notch but the monthly program was not a good fit for me Ultimately I never made time to make appointments and did not wish to continue given there would be an expiration on my investment. Also the visits if already paid for should be useable for any guest not just one person

Dear Client, The massage one pays for rolls over up to 1 year. The client has 1 year to complete a session they have paid for after which it expires. We do not manage our client's time, but we are open every day of the week and have same day appointments. The membership allows for 1 adult to be on the account and any number of children under age of 18. This is a membership that is more flexible than at other competitors such as Massage Envy, Massage Heights or Elements Massage. Sincerely, LaVida Massage - Management

I've answered this already. But we'll do this again. I appreciated the massage. But I would have a hard time recommending now that you're so over the top expensive. And I should probably take the time to say.... it's nervy to me to suggest I tip 30%plus! I think you're signs tell me that if it was a good massage I should tip 20.00 on a 60.00 Massage... that's 33%!!!! I mentioned it once to my brother and he almost came through the phone! I laughed cause I knew I thought it was crazy. And I already was tipping 18.00 which was 30%. Thirty percent!! I felt as though 12 should have been a great tip...at 20%. I mean, I've already paid for the work. Are you guys like restaurants and don't pay your staff? Is that why you browbeat us to tip so high?

Dear Client, If the client is satisfied with their massage, we kindly ask to tip on the full price/walk-in rate of the massage, not on the discounted rate you, and other members receive.
