The turn over in massage therapists is problematic. Over 3-4 years I had 6 or 7 different therapists. Not all were of equal caliber. In addition, some of the tables are squeaky and the head rests wobbly.

Eve was really wonderful.
I like that she wasn't "chatty" and gave me the space that I needed. Her pressure was firm (as I requested) but not too firm.
I could feel her full attention on me, which is the hallmark of a good massage.
The ownership has changed and I am still adjusting. I miss the personal attention of the front desk, she was friendly and great. Also, I don't use 12 massages (or facials or whatever else) in a year, so I've decided to cancel my membership and just pay as I go for 3-4 massages per year. I have been very satisfied with the staff, they are very good.
