First of all, I love my therapist, Signi. She listens carefully to your needs, is thorough and sensitive, very accommodating to appointment preferences, kind and respectful. The office staff too is kind and accommodating. The environment is clean and inviting and Signi is simply the best!

This La Vida is wonderful! When my location suddenly closed, the front desk manager helped me to get a hold of corporate and transfer my sessions over so I didn't lose what I paid for. The massage therapist was kind, respectful, communicated with me well and did a great job!

I’ve been a “member” at this location for about 14 years; Shannon takes great care of me every time. She listens and really tunes into my personal aches and pains. She is also well versed in stretching me during the massage process, using guasha, or deep tissue techniques on knots when I am very stressed or working out more. The front receptionists are helpful and understanding on the phone as well as welcoming in person. As long as the prices don’t keep rising, i’ll be with this La Vida and Shannon for 14 more years :)

Unfortunately, the person who performed my massage was really intense with my massage. I am still sore days after. Also, she talked the majority of the time and I just wanted to relax. I didn’t feel like the atmosphere, mood, or massage met my expectations. The sad part is that it was my birthday.
