Such a wonderful and friendly staff. I haven’t utilized all the other services yet. I have only been getting massages. But the two masseuse that I have used and will continue to use Robin and Katy are absolutely wonderful and so skilled at their job. I believe I am now a forever customer.

Facial missed some major areas. During process, no explanation. Products smelled bad. Was told samples would be given at end & I received 1 open tube (no lid) sent away with me as is. Before all was discussed & agreed, even though the technician didn't wan't to do what I was scheduled for because of her "disliking" the machine needed. I left feeling sad & low, not regenerated as I had come there for. I tipped well above the already expensive service experience.

Went in for a massage for a sore back and the therapist appeared to be very inexperienced, talked to HERSELF as she was doing the massage, was calling off names of muscles to me (incorrectly) and then just said "oh well, whatever the name of that muscle is", was all over the place on my body with no consistent order according to a proper massage, took her shoes off to place her foot on my body to "TRY OUT a Tai massage she just learned", never stopped talking throughout the entire massage...... The list goes on and on. I went there for relief of my back and left there with zero relief. It was a mockery of a professional massage. I spent $100 and it was a complete waste of money with no relief. I feel as if I should be refunded.
