This was my first time at La Vida and both people I dealt with were very kind and answered all my questions. Lisa gave me a wonderful, relaxing massage. Since it was my first time seeing her, she made sure I was good with the pressure and where she was working. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. There was no pressure to rebook or anything which I appreciated. I did rebook, but they didn't pressure me to do so.

Says to be there 15 mins prior to appointment. Got there at 10:20 for my 10:45 appointment, got sent back at 10:55 then it ended at 12:05 . I paid for 90 mins , was told I got taken back early which I know I didn’t , I sent my timer and told it’s technically only a 80 min massage , they use 5 mins before and 5 mins after . So why be there 15 mins before ? No time averaged out .. don’t think I’ll be back

We can understand how you may have concerns about receiving the proper amount of time for a massage. As we mentioned, we do set aside 10 minutes total in your session for dressing and consultation. We recommend arriving early in case you have any paperwork to fill out or you need to use the restroom prior to your massage. We apologize if there was any confusion with this, and we will follow up with your therapist again to make sure we had the correct time allocated as we thought previously.

Dan has amazing skill!
I have never had a massage feel longer than the alloted time. He worked diligently on my focus area (neck and shoulders) while still having time to give me a full body massage. 60 minutes felt like 90 minutes. My whole body felt relaxed the next day with very minimum soreness. Dan is the man!
