The awesome customer service! I like that they text and give reminder calls so that you do not forget your appointment! Shelly who does my message is amazing! I also love that there are never any surprises like, I get to my appointment and find that I am scheduled with someone unfamiliar and was not told beforehand! Then they say corporate must have changed it!!!! How unprofessional and rude!! No phone call or nothing! When I chose this business even though I have to drive a little further, I made the right choice!!! Friendly and Professional!!
