I was not a big fan of my therapist. I may come back and try a new one. But I requested a firm massage and the whole time she just moved her hands around my body without pressure. I am not one to complain so I just let her do her job. She made it sound like she was new too so I kept waiting for the massage to get better but, unfortunately, it did not

Several months ago, probably about 5 or 6 months ago, I had several sessions built up. Talked with a Lady there and she worked with me on scheduling all these sessions to catch up. My last paid up session would have been March 21st, On March 8th there was another deduction taken on my credit card. There should not have been another deduction as I had cancelled my monthly membership. The gal I talked with said the March 8th deduction was for my March 21st session, which previously had been scheduled from my built up sessions. Don't know what happened but somebody has screwed up somewhere. I have been coming to La Vida for years, I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income and with inflation and prices constantly rising for necessities I found it necessary to cancel my membership. I am not trying to get something for nothing as the gal I talked with on Wednesday implied saying "so you want a refund for a service you received". I am a very honest person and I didn't appreciate her snappiness, rudeness and her implied accusation.
