The last facial i got inarrived on time but was tild I'd have to wait. I had to wait 15 min that ate into my appointment before the person who was preforming my facial was ready for me. Then she asked me what facial I was getting so she was not prepared, and then she spent 10 minutes trying to up-sell me and after all that I didn't even feel like my facial was worth it or beneficial since she pretty much made it out that my facial was basic which I really hope not since i paid $209.95 + tip. Then when my facial started it felt SO rushed and sloppy it was not relaxing at all. It only took 30 min when it should have been a 45 minute facial. Over all just a really bad experience. Honestly, the only thing that could make it up could make it up would be a re-do that was actually enjoyable.
