My therapist was great. The facility smells horrible and the receptionist look like she was half sleep and needed a nap. The furniture was also old dusty.

We're sorry that you were unhappy with your visit, and we do understand and your a massage therapist as well, and all locations will not be the same, our place is never dusty, cleaning is a priority, the smell from a client before you we can't control unless you advise the therapist that something is bothering you we do wish you the best and it was nice speaking with you on the phone.
