Massage was not good. It felt like he didn’t know what he was doing. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I told the girl at the front desk and she said oh sorry he’s new and then said she would give me a free add on for the next time I come in. I’ve been there before and never complained, never had an issue. I was disappointed in the bad massage but also the way it was handled when I informed the desk. A free $5/10 add on doesn’t seem like a good way to make up for me paying $120 for a terrible massage.

I was a potential new client and I originally requested an appointment with Jamie online and was happy with that because she is certified in prenatal care, although I wasn’t looking for a prenatal massage necessarily, I am pregnant. Kael quickly got back to me and said that appointment with Jamie had been taken and they could do a later time with Bethany. I didn’t ask any questions and agreed because I was in pain with a migraine. I traveled to the spa from Dahlonega and when I got there to fill out paperwork they took it from me and Bethany took me back to the treatment room. I told her what was going on and she looked over my paperwork and told me to dress down and left. Once I was undressed and laying in the massage table, Bethany knocked on the door and told me she had “disturbing news” and that she is not qualified in prenatal care and would have to “escort” me out to the front. It would have been better for her to tell me before asking me to undress and then when I went to the front desk, they did not try to offer me any accommodations instead I was just expected to leave and not rebook. There was a miscommunication however it was handled extremely poorly.

60min service was done only for 45min and when asked they told they need to be somewhere else. But they dint go anywhere the massager went to get me water. And I dint like the service and the person at the register demanded for a tip when I already mentioned I am not satisfied with the service. Never going back again.
