I’ve almost always been able to schedule short notice appointments for same day. Staff is extremely friendly and massage therapists are amazing. Anissa (spelling?) even gave me some tips for head massage at home. I’ve had constant headache for over a month so I really appreciated the tip.

I signed up for a monthly package expecting to get craniosacral massage. The massage I got was not craniosacral at all. I wasn’t even expecting to undress. I have connective tissue disease and joint hypermobility. I confirmed with staff and with the massage therapist that I would be getting cranialsacral. I was given a traditional massage from the shoulders up including something entirely more aggressive than what I needed. Cranialsacral therapists are trained to feel slight changes in cerebrospinal fluid and use very light touches while the client is fully dressed. The massage therapist even pulled on my head/neck. I was in horrible pain for a week.

I was told over the phone that a 1 hour massage was 79.99 only for them to tell me after the massage that it was 79.99 only if I got a membership and if I didn’t it was 109.99. That’s very misleading and I don’t appreciate that. I was also told that my therapist could perform deep tissue only to figure out she could absolutely not perform deep tissue.
