Fix the online purchases of GC with $25 bonus cards so that the recipient received the $25 bonus card. My 2 sons purchased 2 separate $100 GC for me for Mother’s Day. Neither of them received the $25 bonus cards in their emails. They checked several times. I even asked a receptionist to help contact corporate, but this was also not successful.
The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. She made sure to ask if the pressure she applied was too much or not enough. I felt completely relaxed by the end of my massage.
on my facial there was no input from Chelsi. I expected some feed back on skin condition etc.
I felt like I got more of a message on my face than a facial. I've never had my face treated like that before. Maybe its the new way of giving facials but I've never experienced anything like that.
The lady at the front desk afterwards asked if I fell asleep during my facial - there is NO WAY I could've fallen asleep during that.

Overal super easy to book an appointment. The front desk was super sweet. Alex was my therapist he did an excellent job with my massage. Would definitely recommend and be back.
