Hi! I requested a massage for relaxation and indicated light pressure. I had to ask Roxie to go lighter in the middle of the massage to which she replied that she would but as the massage progressed she put her elbow on the small of my back and I said ouch to indicate that it was painful and when she asked if I felt pain there I said yes and asked her to not do that. She said that if I felt pain there my hips must be out of alignment. She pulled my legs when it was time to do my lower body which did not feel great. The rest of the massage was just as rough as it began. At the end of it she put two fingers on or near my sinuses and pressed into my face. I felt a nerve pain go through my cheek and my face was numb on the left hand side for the rest of the day and I had a weird pain in the back of my head. When she met me in the lobby afterwards to ask how I felt I told her I was in pain and she indicated I should alternate ice and heat. I literally left there with pain in my shoulders, lower back and numbness on the left hand side of my face. It didn't ease up until the morning time and that was after a muscle relaxer and two heavy duty ibuprofen. At no point did I ask for an adjustment or a sports massage. That was not cool!!!
I booked and appointment and canceled within the hour and was charged a $40 fee. Was considering reinstating my membership, but will no longer do that.
Where do I start? I came to you after a double mastectomy for lymph massage. First massage I paid for. I also agreed to a plan . I came in 2nd time for 2nd massage and paid for it. After that I went to website and requested cancellation of plan, the distance is just too far. I got a text or email back saying request received or something if that natures. But DAILY you are trying to draft a payment from my acct. I spoke with someone at the office and she said they are trying to draft the subscription fee. I don't want the subscription. I've had two massages and I paid full price for two massages. I m in the middle of chemotherapy and I do not need the agrivation. The service/massage itself was good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
A variety of masseuse. From very vigorous to very gentle. Take your pick. I like this. Of course my favorite is a lady so busy it is hard to get an appointment with her. The other personnel is very good and the office staff very friendly.
The massage was excellent. However, upon arrival there was an employee constantly talking to the employees behind the desk and with her voice elevated. She was talking about personal stuff, complaining about work, and even talked about a customer that was really good looking. The reason I’m bringing this up is because your customer’s are costing you all to relax for one and not be annoyed by loud employees. Second of all, the topics were inappropriate to be talked about in front of customers and it’s really creepy to talk about the attractive people coming into your establishment when your a massage therapist business. I wouldn’t consider your business a massage parlor but it could easily be mistaken as one with that being discussed. Just irresponsible behavior by employees. My therapist was excellent but it seemed as if he either had hard time understanding my words or was politely blowing me off. He would ask questions and I was sharing my answers and he would interrupt me and not listen. Maybe a language barrier? But he spoke English it seemed. But he is an excellent massage therapist no doubt. Don’t get me wrong, I am not there to chit chats and I really appreciated that he didn’t talk through the whole message which was great! It’s just he couldn’t respond when I was asking him about my tense muscles and what level would he have considered them so I know how long to make my next appointment. Anyway, that’s minor compared to the loud obnoxious employee out front. I wasn’t going to say anything but how will you know if we don’t tell you and you are asking. I bought your membership so please be respectful with me going forward. Leaving these reviews comes with a risk of disgruntled employees that can starting treating the customer with contempt. Thank you for asking how my experience was. Hopefully this will help.
Roberta~ Thank you so much for the kind review! We are thrilled to know that you were able to schedule with ease & had a great massage. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great atmosphere & you can share your massages with someone, so very flexible! Liz is great for a relaxing massage & knows where to knead those knots out! She took time afterwards to show me stretches as well to help with my sciatic pain! I look forward to going every month😊
