I got another fabulous massage from Kevin. Knowing my medical situation, he even worked me at the end of the day just before the location closed for several weeks. The front desk staff was helpful in making it happen, and I'm grateful to them and to Kevin.
LaVida staff you are so much appreciated for helping those in need during this time. Your facility was spotless and smelled very clean. It was obvious you are doing all the precautions necessary to keep a safe environment. I’m hoping to see you again in April!!
First really love the front desk staff. I left massage envy because the desk staff were totally so aggressive and obnoxious selling massage packages. I always feel fully informed about my choices with LaVida but never like a used car salesman is hawking his product. Second, can’t tell you how nice it is to share the account with my husband. We actually get many more massages because of this setup. Finally, I have not had a bad massage by anyone however Erin is my absolute fave. She is friendly knowledgeable and soothing. I walk out feeling like a new person. Wish I could have a massage with her every week!
The massage with Ann was very nice. The pricing increases, reduced amount of time for consultation and dressing and cancellation fees do not make me feel as if it is a good value. Also, the receptionist stopped me on the way out to ask about gratuity. I had already left a tip in the room.
