Changed my massage appointment without notification or permission then, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment insisted that I didn't have one even though I had the email confirmation as proof, and insisted the length of my appointment (2 hrs) was impossible as you did not schedule 2 hr appointments even though I had been having them once a month for almost 5 years. Finally, when I cancelled my membership face to face with the owner as a result of the above, you continued taking out monthly payments.
