I love the ease of scheduling appointments and the calm and friendly atmosphere. The waiting area really relaxes you before even setting foot into the massage room. I absolutely love getting massages at Lavida because of my massage therapist, Natalia. She uses the right pressure and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Always an amazing experience when I go here!!

I purchased 3 one hour massages for Christmas presents. $69.95 each. I was informed after the massages I had a balance of $30. Really? I was told the price went up in February. One month after buying the special Christmas deal the price is raised? I didn't buy a gift certificate for 69.95, I bought 3 one hour massages. Who buys a gift certificate for 69.95? Plainly obvious it was for 3 massages. The purchase should have been honored. But, I paid the $30 "balance" and kept the (3) $20 tips. And I will never go there again.

I just think I had a bad match. I generally like a firm massage, but this was pain in a bad way, not a good way. Also, and this may just be me, but when I have had massages elsewhere, they are somehow able to avoid tickling me, but this time I was either in pain or being tickled the whole time. I know that you can't judge a business on a single data point from a single massage therapist, so I am not upset, but I think I will stick to my typical place with the massage therapist that I know.

I felt very rushed. Though I arrived on time I was rushed to get changed and the therapist knocked to start my massage started. She ran out of the room when we finished. For the price, I didn’t feel well tended to or able to relax and take my time and enjoy my experience
