Your facility is beautiful!
I received a warm welcome by the lovely lady at the reception desk. She gave me an excellent overview regarding how the monthly plan worked and then I joined.
Patrick is a fantastic masseuse. His deep tissue massage helped to alleviate some of my chronic pain. He has great techniques and he gave me insight as he made me feel less pain. Patrick is an asset to LaVida.

The therapists are great, however......getting in for an appointment is nearly impossible if you have a regular job! I waited a month to get in and then the day before, they called and cancelled my session because the therapist was taking some sort of certification test. They offered me a 9am appointment 2 days later, but I am a teacher and cannot come at 9am on a Monday! I am considering cancelling my membership as I can never get in when I need it and I am multiple sessions behind!

This was my first time at LaVida Massage in Gainesville, VA and must say that my Therapist Ms. Stephany provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about my focus points.
I am definitely coming back to her again soon. I give 5 start to the front desk associate Ms. Alison and the overall service at LaVida massage.

I received two $25 gift cards as a promotion during the holidays when you purchased gift cards. I did not realize there was an expiration on the gift cards. To my disappointment the cards expired 3/31. They did not want to honor them. I think this was sad because at the least the company should have called and scheduled a massage before the expiration date. It would have benefited both the company jump starts the massages and I get to use the cards before the expire. I got the special for myself and my daughter so not only am I out the $50 for my package but she is also out $50. If this is the way the company operates I am not sure if this is the place for our business. I scheduled a hot stone massage today 4/7. It was an ok massage. its a shame the good massage did not extend to the front desk.

Yesterday was my first session with Maribel.
I have been getting massages for years and I can confidently say that yesterday was one of the most therapeutic and effective massages that I have ever had. I enjoyed relief from ongoing issues with my shoulder, upper back, and overall problem areas. Maribel was polite and made me feel very relaxed.
I look forward to our next session and continued progress on my chronic issues.

We absolutely love the ladies that gave us our massages it was my husband's first time and he said he will be back.... but after receiving a phone call to reschedule the first time we scheduled our appointments bc one of the ladies got sick we we're told we get aromatherapy for free for the inconvenience but when we got our massages we did not receive it....😒
