My visit was wonderful......Crystal managed to find all my problem areas....and she even put up with my "chatty-cathy" personality. I do have 1 complaint......I was taken into room at 12:15....my appt time was 12:00...then take into account the prep time. Although my actual massage time was amazing.... I was told my time was over at 1:07. Being charged $99 for 1 hour massage....I did come away with the feeling I didn't actually receive the hour I was expecting.. Next visit should be much closer to that 1 hour. [NAME REMOVED]
