I'd like to first thank you sincerely for your continued membership at our center. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to book a 2 hour session the day of the appointment so we regret not being able to accommodate that request and suggest doing your best to book at least a few days to a week in advance. An upgrade to a 90 minute session will always include an extra 30 minutes of hands-on time. We regret to hear you are not happy with the structure of our benefits program session. The Benefits Plan includes one 60 minute sessions with your paid membership each month, unfortunately splitting of those included sessions is not a feature we are able to offer. As you have been a member with us for quite a long time, we have always been open to addressing your concerns and the best way for us to be able to do that is for you to let us know you're unhappy while you're here. Otherwise we don't know there is an issue until we hear from you via our public feedback forum. As always, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to remedy them to the best of our ability.
