My massage therapist Andrea was awesome she really hit the pressure points I needed and she was very hospitable. I did want to comment on the two receptionist that were there. I believe they were talking to each other about how they put in their two weeks notice and how happy they were about leaving. I as a client shouldn't have heard that discussion between them. If they don't like their job then maybe they should leave sooner than the two weeks. They weren't professional at all and I for one didn't want to hear their conversation about leaving that company before my massage. When I think of a place like LaVida I think of serenity and calmness not hearing two employees talking about leaving that company.
The massage therapist was excellent. The massage was very relaxing. I do not like being hounded about the discount program every time I visit, however. The front desk staff is pushy about it and this ruins an otherwise pleasant experience.
There are many other massage options in town and I believe I will go elsewhere next time to avoid the sales pitch.
Love Tradis she does a great job. My only problem is I was in and on the other side a few weeks ago and I not sure who I was with maybe Liz she did a good job too,but while I was in the room there was no relaxing. I said to the girl that someone was having a full on conversation in the hallway. She told me that it was the room next to us the client that was having treatment and you could actually hear the words they where saying and for the most part understand the conversation. She had to turn the Music up to drowned out the conversation. Just wanted y'all to know that this is happening.
