Although it was a great massage it wasn’t the full 60 minutes. They were a couple minutes late taking me back for my 145 appointment and then I was getting dressed at 242.

Thank you for your feedback Erica. I am glad you enjoyed your massage. Sessions times are 60 minutes total, with 50 minutes hands on time and 10 minutes for dressing/undressing and consultation. I’m glad that there wasn’t a whole lot of talking (waste of time) before the massage. We did a couples massage and they just jumped right in within a few minutes and I feel that I got my moneys worth

I make it a priority every 2-3 months to do a little self care and go to Lavida! I know life is so busy and stressful but if you make time for everyone else please make them make them make time for you!! You certainly won't regret it!! You will walk out feeling like a new woman and you have lost 10 pounds!! If you think you can't afford it skip a pedicure and do it yourself..
