Hi Lakeita, I'm very glad and you liked your facial, and that Tarah took care of your concern over pricing. Please know that for two full months prior to, and four months after taking our facial services pricing increase last year, we posted our new pricing visibly in our center (it was in both the facial treatment room and our lobby). I would suggest that you opt back in to our news and promotional emails. as this is where we also announce important news for our guests. Please know that we cover any additional charges as part of checkout with every guest, and offer to print out a receipt, so I'm very sorry but I'm not sure how you weren't aware of the day's charges.
