Priyanka, We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your recent massage. Regarding the communication issues, please know that English is her second language but we have not had any other guests complain about this issue. We did notice that you chose to rebook with Young, so you must have liked the massage even with the communication issues. Young is a very skilled therapist and has a very loyal following, so we are glad that you are coming back to her. Regarding the front desk asking for a gratuity, please know we found it highly unusual that you chose to not leave a gratuity because Young was unable to give you your full time. When you show up 30 minutes late for your appointment, she has other guest after you and had no ability to make up anytime because of you being late. So this has nothing to do with being greedy. Compensating your skilled therapists is not an unreasonable request as gratuities are a big part of their compensation and the work that they do is very physical. Duane, Owner
