Informed therapist my issue was with my lower back and no attention was paid to my lower back. Left very oily, no towel wipe down or even offered to wipe off. Did not feel massage was customized for me. Very generic and basic. There was no stretching. I’ve never received a massage with gloves on. Sounded odd, felt odd. Client should be informed of such things prior.

I went in for a couples massage, my masseuse was above and beyond amazing however, the young lady who gave my husband a massage, didn’t touch his feet or his hand. I was truly disappointed because his work over, uses his hands and his feet and the treat was to totally relax.
