I came in for help with some shoulder pain, hoping a massage would help alleviate. I understand that this doesn't always work but thought to give it a try. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the masseuse since I wasn't originally scheduled with them that day due to illness with scheduled masseuse. The massage table was bored into repeatedly and no oils were used which made it uncomfortable. Maybe no oils were used since I asked for bio freeze. Afterwards, there were no towels or anything to wipe off excess bio freeze. Other places have towels and water, even during the pandemic.
This past year has been difficult for many. Why did my massage membership need to be an added stress? It shouldn't have been so difficult to put my account on hold for an extended period of time. There also should have been options (such as buying giftcards) with banked massages so they weren't lost. This was poor corporate policy and bad customer 'service.'
