Love most of the massages I get at LaVida and I’m a frequent customer. For areas of improvement I would say to make sure customers cannot smell smoke on the practitioner at all, whether it’s breath or elsewhere,
Also, I had a nice massage from a male recently. The only thing I didn’t like was that at some points, his lower arms felt very scratchy, possibly from razor stubble.

Online scheduling is convenient with busy schedule. I just wish you could use monthly massage credits at all La Vida’s. It’s at least convenient that LO and Rochester are owned by the same person, but it’s very hard to schedule in LO last minute. All massage therapists are very professional, but each have their own style.

Kate. In my opinion, she is ABSOLUTELY the BEST massage therapist in this area. When l am finished with my 60 minute session with her......l always feel 100% better! She is always professional and listens to whatever concerns l may have (where my body is concerned). Her rooms are always very clean and neat. I always look forward to my next appointment with her.

The staff was friendly and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I totally enjoyed the facial I received by Madison.
She was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the process. It also felt amazing!
I will defiantly be returning for more facials. Thank you, ladies.
