We are sorry for the trouble. Our staff does go through training session every month on all of our systems. You were charged the correct amount based on our criteria and again apologize if you do not agree. Our manager works at multiple centers and we have a policy of calling customers within 24 hours. With having 5 locations, we are very diligent about our polices and how they are followed to ensure that our customers get the best possible service at any of our facilities.
