The front office staff were really kind and helpful. My therapist was very preachy and a bit gruff and it was off putting.

I really enjoyed this location at first, and happily joined the subscription. However, I didn't have as much time, and ended up building up credits so I decided to cancel this account. When I cancelled, I had 7 credits, and they let me know that I had 90 days to use them before they expired. I scheduled 3 couples massages, and was planning to let my husband use the last credit, all within the 90 days. The first 2 couples massages went great, and we really enjoyed them. However, I received a phone call a week before our 3rd couples massage from LaVida, asking if they could reschedule my appointment. I told them I was happy to do so, as long as I stayed within the 90 day window so that my credits didn't expire. They booked a new date with me, and assured me repeatedly that my credits would still be good to go. When we showed up for the massage, I was told that I didn't have any credits remaining. I explained my situation, and the lady up front called her manager, who also kept telling me that the credits expired and I couldn't use them, even though I had been told I could. Then, she went into my account and told me I didn't even have the credits to begin with. She ended up figuring something out for us, and all was well. Then, about 4 weeks later, I noticed that LaVida started charging my credit card AGAIN for a subscription. I had to call and argue with them again to cancel it and refund me, since I had never given them permission to charge it again. I'm just very disappointed by the way this location is run, and the customer service was definitely not great. I am bummed because I wanted to continue to use this location (just without the membership) but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My appointment was at 1015am. They didn’t open until 1030am. So we didn’t get started until 1035am.
My appointment ended at 1125am.
It was suppose to be a 60 min massage and it 30 minutes.
Won’t be back cancelled my membership

Good morning Vasho, I am sorry that the location opened up late on you but I do see that they did rectify the situation by adding a free enhancement and also you did get your full time which is 50 mins hands on. With the 60 mins you do need to subtract 5 mins to dress and undress and 5 mins to consult. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Florence we do our best to keep our staff and keep them happy. Unfortunately , sometimes people want change. We do have 9 state licensed therapist who are trained in custom massages that will suit you.

The costs have gone up significantly. I prefer to pay before my session, not to be told I can just pay after. Also, please train front desk staff better.

Over the last year I have watched staff come and go. I have tried 3 therapist and only found one who actually listened to me. Ms. Roberta has magic hands and it's disappointing she is on a LOA. I decided to cancel my membership due to the frequent staff changes and Ms. Roberta being on Leave.

Amazing amount of staff turnover in the last few weeks. My appointment was cancelled this past Tuesday. Someone text me to reschedule. during the text I specifically asked not to have a specific masseuse and that’s who I got. There are no males. I know 1 of the remaining staff members and they don’t work past 3 and that’s the only time I can go. I want to transfer my membership to another location. Is this possible??
