I had an excellent experience, my friend and I booked a “couples” massage where the room actually had two massage tables (feet to feet). I also had a great massage therapist, Adam. Aromatherapy , music, and cleanliness really set the tone. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Pam the masseuse was very knowledgeable and professional. She was very thorough and was able to relief all the areas needed. The facility was not the cleanest, the floor, chair, table legs and fan need a deep cleaning. It looks like no one has run a vacuum in months. Other than the clealiness I had a really good experience

Adam is THE BEST. He has helped me through my struggles and advances with foot and leg problems, and neck and upper back issues as well. Would not be in the good place that I am in without his expertise.

I needed to reschedule due to inclement weather. I was told even rescheduling for something out of my control incurred a $30 fee. I also had a gift card with $55 left on it and was told it was empty. I will never be going to LaVida again and will tell all of my friends and employees the same. Shame on you!
