I was a little late for my appointment so it was rushed. I have no issue with that. My issue is the massage was a bit aggressive toward the end. My shoulder still hurts from the massage. I told her I had an injury on the shoulder. I think she did a good job overall, just the end was too much for me.

The massage therapist I had seemed uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of my appointment. There were times it felt like he didn't know what to do next during the massage. Most of the massage was using elbows and ended with a face massage because it seemed like it wasn't sure what else to do next. It seemed as though he was new and wasn't comfortable with holding appointments.

The manager Shamika is very helpful with scheduling the right massage therapist for your needs. She’s kind, and friendly! My husband and I had great massages with Adam and Nesha this past week. We have had not so great experiences in the past, we thought about canceling our membership. After this visit with the two of them we decided to stick with it, I really hope they stay at this location.

I had an excellent experience, my friend and I booked a “couples” massage where the room actually had two massage tables (feet to feet). I also had a great massage therapist, Adam. Aromatherapy , music, and cleanliness really set the tone. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
