Adam is THE BEST. He has helped me through my struggles and advances with foot and leg problems, and neck and upper back issues as well. Would not be in the good place that I am in without his expertise.

I needed to reschedule due to inclement weather. I was told even rescheduling for something out of my control incurred a $30 fee. I also had a gift card with $55 left on it and was told it was empty. I will never be going to LaVida again and will tell all of my friends and employees the same. Shame on you!

Poor communication from the manager. Never returns phone calls, rarely in the office. I was also fraudulently charged for two months, and then was denied services that were paid for. Never again.

Pertaining to any fraudulent charges claimed we are unaware: However, we were able to refund the membership cost back to your card after the manager came back from sick leave. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Made my first appointment with you, was looking for a place to start a membership. Made the appointment on line, then got an email from you saying 'please wait for you appointment to be confirmed', it wasn't confirmed by you until 6 hours before my appointment. When I saw the confirmation email from you and before hitting the 'please confirm your appointment' I realized that I had booked with a man. I was not comfortable with that so I called immediately trying to cancel or change my appointment. The nice lady said she had to check with her manager. Got a call back saying that they were charging me for the missed appointment. Just not a good way to start a relationship. 1. I never confirmed your confirmation email 2. I called immediately when I realized that I was given a man. 3. Asked if I could just switch or rebook with a women. I feel like I did everything I could and you did nothing but take my money. So I hope that the $30 was worth a membership. I understand the need for cancellation fee but under this circumstance I feel like things could have been handled differently.

I was in town visiting family and had an aromatherapy deep-tissue massage with Terrie. She was excellent! She's technically highly skilled as a massage therapist, but she also seemed attuned to my energy. I went in feeling drained and sad, frankly, and came out feeling a sense of calm and well-being. I knew a massage would feel great, but i wasn't expecting the transformation of my mental state! I really needed that. Terrie is special—I highly recommend her.

Even as a past member, the cost is too too much. Especially when prices to get people in are so much lower. And I wasn’t offered a gift card to take advantage of the discount. I understand you don’t want to give it away if I will pay the price but I don’t feel any value now. While I would love to come back, it’s just not worth the $50 extra from last years price when I came in with my daughter.
