I don’t write reviews but the more time I’ve had to think about this I feel the need to write. I signed up for the program that you paid for monthly and i believe you saved $10 on your massage. They gave me notice that they were raising the price by $10. I would still save $10 on the regular price. I decided to end my membership. I had been charged for 2 massages that I hadn’t used. I had the one massage and still had paid for another. Many months went up and I made an appointment. Staff was terrific. She did what she could to try and find my payment. She contacted whoever she needed to and told me that I had to have had my message within 90 days of terminating my account. She said I signed paper work and it was written there. I thought about this “contract“. I signed it specifying a dollar amount for the massage. Under that same contract that I supposedly had 90 days they raised the price stated in the contract. I was charged in full for the massage that I had. The masseuse was great. They could have at least discounted my service. Instead they took my money and no service was rendered. Thanks for listening. I will not be returning.

Our prices did go up in October of last year. LaVida made this change nationwide. Our location did not have a choice in the matter. Three emails were sent in the months prior to it taking affect. Your membership saved you $20 off regular pricing even with the pricing increase. The “contact” you signed states that prices are subject to change. It also states a 90 grace period is given to clients to use up any sessions they may have. This is a courtesy. Your session was 8 months old. Bekah - Owner

The massage therapist Lucretia was maybe having an off day I’m not sure but that was the worst massage I have ever received in my life. I’m not comfortable with speaking up or telling someone how to do their job but I almost just got up and left in the middle of the massage. She spent about 20 minutes lightly grazing my oiled toes like she didn’t want to do it.
