I came in for an hour massage. My therapist wasn’t there to start at 10. I didn’t pay attention to the time I was called back but my dgt did. She asked me when I came out to the waiting area, “You’re already done?” I said yes and then paid for the massage. When we got into the car she said I went to the back at 10:24. I chatted with the therapist 2-3 minutes, then she went and got the lotion from another room, and then I was given 3 minutes to get ready before she returned. I got up immediately to dress once she left the room and noted the digital clock in the room said 10:54. So this was definitely not an hour massage. I should have been charged for a 30 minute massage.

Massages are 50 minutes hands on. The appointment is for 60 minutes which includes time for a consultation, undressing and redressing.

The service is great at Lavida spa .The staff there are amazing people they are professional in what they do and how they treat their customers. I would surely recommend Lavida spa to anyone who would like to get a good facial or massage Nyeema is great you look a year younger whenever she does your facial Rose. And others . Thank you all .

I had went to LaVida this past week for the first time. My husband bought me a gift card so I choose the facial. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I was taken back on time for my appointment and went into a room to start my facial. If I had to change anything was that the room was to dark and small. The lady doing the facial did a great job and while giving the facial was letting me know concerns about my skin and products to use. I appreciated her advice, but totally forgot by the time I left. I would recommend a print-out of the advice and products to use. This would increase LaVida's sales in the skin care products that you can buy at the salon. Also the receptionist was pushing me to buy a membership when I was leaving which was someone what a turn off. I will come back but now know what to expect.

Thank you for your input. This is a fabulous idea. I will be implementing this today.
The ladies at the front do try to offer our benefits program to all out guests. It is a benefit to those that plan on coming back that will save them cost, hassle and gives clients perks.
