BEST MASSAGE FROM WANI. WANI WAS PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, AND USED HER EXPERTISE TO ENSURE MY FIRST TIME VISIT WAS MEMORABLE, BENEFICIAL AND WORTH THE PRICE PAID. AFTER MANY FULL BODY MASSAGES ACROSS THE WORLD, I CAN SAY THAT WANI WAS GREAT. FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ANSWERING THE PHONE TO MAKE INITIAL APPOINTMENT, DID NOT HAVE A FRIENDLY VOICE. SALON COULD BE LESS CLUTTERED. EVERYTHING IS EVERYWHERE, CROWDED LOOKING; CLEAN, BUT JUNKY. I WAS OFFERED ONLY WATER IN A TRANSLUCENT PLASTIC CUP AFTER THE MASSAGE. ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT CAME IN WAS OFFERED SODA OR WATER. I EXPECTED CUCUMBER OR LEMON WATER IN A NICE CLEAR DISPOSABLE CUP. PERHAPS, MY EXPERIENCE AT OTHER MASSAGE CENTERS GAVE ME HIGHTER EXPECTATIONS. BUT MY MASSAGE WAS GREAT.... REMOVE AND CLEAR OUT SOME OF THE CLUTTER DISPLAYED...TOO BUSY AND NOT RELAXING.

I went over what I wanted the masseuse to focus on and she asked me about pressure several times, but I didn’t get the targeted TMJ relieve massage I was looking for. It was more just soft and relaxing which is not what I communicated.

I showed up for my appointment and I had accidentally gone to a location the you no longer own. I offered multiple solutions in order to still receive my service but your employees rejected all of my solutions, refused to service me, and took my deposit.
