Great service at the front desk. Nicole gave a great massage with the firm pressure I was looking for. She was also a great communicator during the service and made sure I was receiving the best possible massage. After I told Nicole that I had shoulder and mid-back discomfort she was extra attention to those areas. THANKS SO MUCH!

I canceled my membership just a couple days ago since my therapist quit. Every single therapist I had there has left. I had two GREAT therapists: John and Laura. What I loved about your service was that my payment was charged each month to my credit card, and I was able to pause my membership during the summer when I'd rather be at my condo's swimming pool. Finally, I found another therapist who was as good as John was, and she quit, too. No point in me sticking around anymore. I also had a couple awful therapists there: one male who left my back sore for the next several days and one female who used so much oil on me that it was probably enough for ten customers.
The therapists need to learn that people pay to relax. I don't mind a few words. But this is the second time I have come in to relax. But instead they talk about their problems.
Also I paid for a 60 minute message, I got about 40 min.

My appt was for 1:15 , I got there at 1. Was called back at 1:15 and I was out the door before 2:10. It's costly and I felt cheated.
Liked the environment and the massage I got from a Nicole . She was really good and adapted to my needs . Front desk staff was not pushy to sign up for the year . That makes me want to come back as other places just try to keep selling stuff which actually deters you from going back.
