I had a work emergency that morning and totally forgot about my appointment but was called and went anyway. I was 30 minutes late, but Laura told me when I arrived she was going to give me as long as she could before her next client. She still gave me a 45 minute prenatal and I was happy. I love this establishment they are fantastic.

I have been a part of the La Vida family for eight years...Charlotte location about two years and I have felt the close connection of the staff at both. When you attend a spa location it has to have a calmness, a feeling of confidence to really accomplish your reason for going. I am happy to say every visit to your location has welcomed me from beginning to the end. The service received was so rewarding that I never wanted to leave...for me that mean a lot. Thank you for providing excellent service and keep the great friendly customer service.
