Julianna is amazing. You can absolutely tell she cares and listens. I love going every month and my face has never been better! She rocks! My daughter goes to her as well as my Mom when in town! I was looking forward to a relaxing massage and all I got was someone applying lotion. I asked for medium pressure but got no pressure.Asked several times to increase pressure but she did not. Very nice masseuse but not sure if she is new and was scared to do pressure.
