I do not feel rushed out the door.
As a senior, my gratuity is less than working people, but it is still appreciated.
The cost is affordable to my income.
Greeted with friendly smile and friendly faces. Asked if I would like water or need to use the restroom. I was walked to the restroom instead of told.. that was a A+ service extra. April didn't leave me waiting. My massage was everything I needed and more. I immediately wanted to schedule an another appointment with her that same week, so she could work out the knots in my shoulders. She went above and beyond to meet my next scheduling needs. Thank you! I am very pleased with my massage and service customer service. I am looking forward to my next visit!

The staff is extremely friendly. I love that the massage therapist give you instructions after your massage in order to help your everyday life. Overall great experience and I love the discounted monthly rates!
I do not like the tactics used to ensure that someone will continue to come back by his or her bank account being required or the next visit is $20 more. I had planned on coming in monthly or more anyway but now I am uncomfortable and may cancel my "subscription". I feel like people should want to frequent your business because of a positive experience not because their bank card is being held hostage.
