I have been a member for a long time and I will say LaVida Shelby is one of my favorite massage studios out there! I have been a massage therapist myself for 12 years and now I’m a nurse. So needless to say I am very picky about my massages. Lorabel was hands down the best deep tissue therapist I have ever experienced. Unfortunately she is no longer with the company. My other top favorite is Jeffrey. He knows how to give an excellent relaxation massage while still hitting your problem areas.

I asked for a LIGHT massage numerous times and told the masseuse I don’t want to be sore and instead got a DEEP TISSUE massage. I’m so sore and in so much pain that I had to go pay OUT OF POCKET to see a chiropractor!!!!
