I was very disappointed in my massage. I have had many many massages and this was undoubtedly the worst. I explained to the girl, Karen, why I was not happy. She said put a hot pack on your back and we all do things differently . I had shared a couples massage with my husband but luckily he did enjoy his. The front desk staff asked how my experience was and I explained. She was very nice & did seem concerned. She said she would let owner know and they will reach out. Well, guess the owner didn’t care to ask except thru this Sorry I will be going somewhere else and not recommending
