Lauren was wonderful! She listened to my story about the pain I was experiencing. The massage was soothing and relaxing. It is exactly what I needed! I slept through the night peacefully. I’m definitely coming back for another massage next month. Also, Lauren was caring and gave me great advice. Steve at the front desk was friendly too. They both made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate that. Thank you!

Outstanding service from the time I walked in until I left. The staff was welcoming, very professional, and friendly. The environment is very warm and inviting. Liz was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. She makes you feel completely at ease. I can truly say that this was one of the most effective massages I have had in a long time. She is an amazing masseuse, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure. I was so relaxed after the end and had incredible results after one hour. Before she started, my muscles especially in my neck, shoulders were knotted and my back and leg muscles were really tight. I also appreciate all of the stretching tips that she provided. I highly recommend Liz. I will most definitely be going back to see Liz.

The Staff here are truly amazing, warm, friendly, and professional. Lauren was top-notch and very attentive to my body and it's needs that even I was not aware of. I left feeling relaxed, less tense, and more fluid. Karonda from the front desk was polite, welcoming, and good energy. This was my first time getting a massage and I will come back for more sessions. Thank you so much!

Very Friendly front desk. Literally all of them. A cut above Teresa was so wonderful. I've never had my face massaged and she did this cool thing to the bottom of my feet with a tool i think. My Go to for self care 10 stars !!!
