Sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding price and your facial. Glad to hear you were happy with your massage! As far as price, you were charged the correct amount. Not sure what was quoted to you when you booked. You were discounted for the facial as it was your introductory facial. You were charged the regular everyday price for the massage as you had been to LaVida multiple times for massage. We did not double charge. Sometimes the processing company floats a temporary pending charge as well as the approved purchase. Especially on the weekend when you visited. But your card was never charged twice on our end. We can pair you with a different esthetician in the future if you change your mind. As far as her dress and coming from outside, I'm confused. You were her last client. She worked all day in what I'm led to believe was her usual medical scrub attire. But I will look into that accusation further. Hope to see you soon regardless.

Every face cushion has the standard opening for the nose and mouth. Ask your therapist on your next visit to make sure the face cushion cover is secured as tight as possible around the cushion to assure maximum breathing space. It sometimes lags into the opening. Simple fix. Hope to see you soon!!
