The massage itself was fine. The room was very cold... to the point where I was uncomfortable. The heating pad wasn't turned on until midway through the massage. While the temperature may be set to 74 in the lobby according to the receptionist the rooms are trapping the cold air and are not monitored properly. The lotion used had a eucalyptus type odor which I personally don't prefer and wasn't asked for a preference... mine is an odorless oil. So really at the end of the day I probably wouldn't come back because I don't feel the items would be addressed.
The masseurs could be a little more outgoing, friendlier. It would be nice to have a separate waiting, tranquil type room (rather than the front lobby) to lounge before the massage with an offer of a beverage or wine. Overall, the spa is nice.
