All the Receptionists were very pleasant and happy to assist me in rescheduling a couple of times due conflicts in my schedule that came up. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived and I was very pleased with my massage therapist Jahki.

I like that it is almost always avaliable, even for same day massages which has been incredibly beneficial for me. Jennifer does a fantastic job focusing on my tight areas and works with my body, not against it. All of the therapists are very kind.

I was disappointed with overall communication with the massage therapist I had. When it started she gave me a body pillow by setting it on top of me rather than handing it to me & I asked what she wanted me to do with it as I was unsure how she wanted me to utilize it. She just responded by saying "don't you use pillows at home?" I was a little taken aback so I just put it in front of me but I was looking for communication on the best position for me to be in for the massage. There was also no consultation at all about areas that were bothering me or injuries or amount of pressure that I prefer. I was very upset by the whole interaction. I was mot even asked until the ending of the massage how far along in my pregnancy I am. I'm unsure if that was important for the massage or not but that seemed like a question she should have asked in the beginning.

Primarily it is because you have a great massage therapist (and I'm sure she is not the only one on your team) and you offer discounted services via subscription. In addition, you facility is clean and conducive to relaxation and everyone I encounter is friendly and helpful.
I recommended you to a work colleague and she now also has a subscription (different location) and loves it.
