Facial was awesome. The massage was mediocre… there were major muscle groups that were not touched and pointed out problems that were not addressed.

Friendly and clean surroundings. My massage therapist was pleasant and engaged in conversation. The massage itself was great as it hit the areas (shoulder, neck and lower spine) that are the trouble spots.

My husband and I got a couples massage on Saturday, March 15. The gentleman that worked on me was fantastic. However, the woman that worked on my husband was awful. The first thing my husband said after the massage was that was the worst massage he ever received. The masseuse indicated that she could only apply medium pressure beforehand, which was fine. But my husband said that our six year old daughter applied more pressure than his masseuse. He said she never even touched his back the entire time. I am so disappointed that we had this experience. I hope that you will take heed to this review and prevent someone else from having such a bad experience.

The massage took my stress out, and made me relax well. It was definitely needed, and glad I was able to get one ontime. The front desk was very helpful and customer centric.

I asked twice about the free armotherapy that was avaialble to me in my massage visit. The receptionist acknowledged my request and then it did not happen during the massage. The seemed pretty poor customer service since I specifically asked twice. The massager seemed apprehensive and her hands were a bit trembling at times. I asked for hard pressure and most of the time, it was soft and not very good.

Didn't listen to the concerns I had. Needed lower back but kept the focus on the upper back in the same spots. Left with pain for 2 days.

Act on the feedback I gave at the front desk Fri evening after my massage. The front desk was going to have the owner/ manager call me. On Fri I got the WORST massage of my life. I have been a customer for almost/ over 10 years - seen multiple changes in management. You all need to get your act together and get better therapists.
