We understand you were frustrated about the gift card situation and we worked quickly to resolve it. Our corporate office provides the physical gift cards to us and our staff did not cause the error on your gift card. Even though you did not have a receipt, we worked diligently to resolve your issue. Research was conducted from both our Corporate office and our local office. We called you the next morning and informed you we needed you to bring in the bad gift card and we would return your cash. We tried to provide you the best customer service, we researched the problem and we refunded your money all within 1 business day.
