Sandra was excellent. I have suffered minor back strains for the last few years or so and every time it’s the same. Doctor when you can finally get in, then a prescription for muscle relaxers, pain meds, and rest. In a week it’s back to normal.
I pulled my on the same day as I went to see Sandra. I was very stiff and having a fair amount of trouble walking. After the session I didn’t feel like anything was that different, but I woke up the next day nearly 100%.
It was definitely worth the cost and I’ll be a return customer when it happens again!
Last minute switch of therapist with little to explanation. Therapist given requests prior to massage and they were not followed. I felt she did what she wanted to do and not what I wanted her to do. After telling her I wanted a focus on my legs secondary to a long run the day before and a little on my back she proceeded to spend a majority of her time on my back and arms with very little time on gluts and legs. The massage was good but just not what I was looking for.
I would rather have no music in the room, like quiet & peaceful time. No high smells of any oils or perfumes. We already paying quite a bit of money (it's not cheap) for massage, high tip (or any) should not b expected. Don't like the rescheduling policy, shouldn't b a fee.
Therapists should listen to the clients & concentrate on areas that client is concerned about. Like the massage, still experimenting
